A FINDER’S FEE is issued if the person they refer is hired. This fee is approximately 10 – 15 % of GEOREPS’ fee to the customer. Connectors and their Friend / Family member (referral) receive a FINDER’S FEE payout that varies from $300 - $1800!!!
HOW TO REFER SOMEONE
- Register with GEOREPS or LOG IN
- Go MY ACCOUNT
- Click MY REFERRAL RESUMES
- Click ADD NEW or CREATE NEW RESUME
- Once you've loaded a new resume, search for jobs and refer your friends, CLICK REFER
WHAT NOT TO DO!!!!
- Don't refer someone unless you're sure they're absolutely right for the job!
- If you recommend your friend who's an Imagery Analyst, for a role as a Network Engineer, you are wasting your friend's time, GEOREPS time and your own.
- Don't try and force someone into something they're not right for! Do the right thing for yourself and your Friend.
