- Network referral bonuses (finder’s fees) are a unique way to expand the audience of a company’s job vacancy. It empowers everyday people to check GEOREPS and refer friends, relatives, and co-workers for a job.
- GEOREPS advertises job vacancies using many of today’s existing job services, databases, print media but they absorb the cost, not the customer.

- Quality candidates are hard to find because the best candidates are never actively looking for a job, therefore they never stand out. GEOREPS has a way to bring these people to the customer!
- Connectors (people who refer others) are paid a large FINDER’S FEE for referring people. A FINDER’S FEE is issued if the person they refer is hired. This fee is approximately 10 – 15 % of GEOREPS’ fee to the customer. Connectors receive a FINDER’S FEE payout that varies from $300 - $1800 bucks!!!
- IDENTITY PROTECTION - Quality candidates can post resumes on GEOREPS with identity protection. Posting a resume to other job sites is not advantageous because most candidates fear their current recruiting/hiring manager will see their resume online. Identity protection attracts the passive candidate.
