CONNECTOR : Refer a friend (CANDIDATE) and split the Referral Bonus (Finder's Fee) offered by GEOREPS!
A FINDER’S FEE is issued to the Job Connector and Job Candidate if the candidate is hired by GEOREPS' client. The advertised fee on www.GEOREPS.com is split (50/50) between both parties. Payment will be received only after the successfully hired candidate has worked for 90 business days. Referral rewards will only be paid out to candidates that are not in GEOREPS personnel database.
HOW TO REFER SOMEONE
- Register with GEOREPS or LOG IN
- Go MY ACCOUNT
- Click MY REFERRAL RESUMES
- Click ADD NEW or CREATE NEW RESUME
- Once you've loaded a new resume, search for jobs and refer your friends, CLICK REFER
WHAT NOT TO DO!!!!
- Don't refer someone unless you're sure they're absolutely right for the job!
- If you recommend your friend who's an Imagery Analyst, for a role as a Network Engineer, you are wasting your friend's time, GEOREPS time and your own.
- Don't try and force someone into something they're not right for! Do the right thing for yourself and your Friend.
