idea that the Geospatial and Intel Community should be harnessed to
adequately and rapidly staff job vacancies.
The creation of GEOREPS was a result of two observations:
- There was a lack of True Geospatial and
Intelligence Professionals that manage staffing and recruiting firms who
serve the Geospatial and Intel world. Many claim to do it, but few
have the technical expertise.
- Everyone in the Geospatial and Intelligence Community know each other. Why not create a service that rewards this network?

for a job or had experienced both. Of that 62%, only 11% had been
